1. Promoter
Sanctus Brewing Company Pty Ltd, ABN 56630722717 5 Re Rd, Townsend NSW 2463.

2. Eligibility
Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter and associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.

3. Promotional Period
The promotion begins on 15 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 18 May 2025.

4. Participating Stores
Available at selected Cellar Group bottle shops in NSW. A list of participating stores is available in-store.

5. How to Enter
To enter, purchase any 4-pack of Sanctus beer in a participating Cellar Group bottle shop during the promotional period and complete the entry process as directed in-store (e.g., scan a QR code or submit your receipt and details online – clarify this if needed).

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

1 x Kings Escape 30 Fridge / Freezer
1 x case Sanctus Nor'easter Lager (ABV 4.2% 16 x 375mL)

7. Winner Selection
Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries at each participating store - see in-store for details. The winner will be contacted via phone or email within 2 business days.

8. Claiming the Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, a redraw will take place. Prize will be delivered or arranged for collection from the winner’s nearest Cellar Group store.

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process. By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sanctus Brewing Co. You may opt out at any time. Personal data is collected solely for the purposes of the promotion.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
