SIN CITY PALE – NRL ROUND 1 PROMOTION

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Sanctus Brewing Co (“Sanctus”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid for all online orders placed via the Sanctus website from 21 February 2026 until the scheduled kickoff of Game 1 of the 2026 NRL Round 1 (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligible Orders
    •    All online orders placed during the Promotion Period are eligible.
    •    This includes any Sanctus product, not limited to Sin City Pale.
    •    There are no product limits and no minimum or maximum spend.
    •    No discount codes, secret links, or promotional codes are required.

4. Promotion Offer
    •    If either the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs or the St George Illawarra Dragons win the 2026 NRL Premiership, all eligible orders will be refunded in full.

5. Refund Process
    •    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
    •    Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the official confirmation of the 2026 NRL Premiership winner.
    •    Refunds include the full order value, including shipping costs where applicable.

6. Exclusions
    •    Orders placed after the kickoff of Game 1 of Round 1 are not eligible.
    •    Orders placed in-store or via third-party retailers are not eligible.
    •    Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are excluded.

7. Limited Release Product
    •    Sin City Pale is a limited release product with only 22 cartons available.
    •    Availability is subject to stock and orders may sell out.

8. General Conditions
    •    Sanctus reserves the right to verify the validity of orders and customer eligibility.
    •    Sanctus reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, where reasonably necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, regulatory requirements, technical issues, or events beyond its control.
    •    Any alteration or cancellation will not affect eligible orders already placed during the Promotion Period.
    •    Sanctus reserves the right to disqualify any order that is fraudulent or made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    •    This promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the NRL or any NRL club.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
