These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the "It's All G" promotion (the "Promotion") organised by Sanctus Brewing Co. ("Sanctus Brewing Co."). By entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating in the Promotion.

1. Eligibility:
• The Promotion is open to individuals who are residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sanctus Brewing Co. are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
2. Promotion Period:
• The Promotion begins on 1st May 2024 and ends on 30th June 2024 (the "Promotion Period").
3. Entry Method:
• To enter the Promotion, you must purchase a 4-pack of Sanctus Ginger Beer from participating retailers.
• Scan the QR code found on the packaging.
• Fill in the required details including your name, email address and postcode.
• Submit your entry by following the instructions provided after scanning the QR code.
4. Prize:
• The prize consists of $1000 cash.
• The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be announced via Sanctus Brewing Co.'s official Instagram channel (@sanctusbrewingco) channel on Wednesday, 10th July at 12:30pm.
• The prize will be awarded to the winner via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to a bank account nominated by the winner.
5. Winner Selection:
• The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
• The drawing will take place within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period.
• The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the entry process.
6. Claiming the Prize:
• The winner must respond to the notification within 3 days to claim the prize.
• In the event the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or is found to be ineligible, another winner may be selected following the steps outlined in Section 4 (Winner Selection).
7. Privacy:
• By participating in the Promotion, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with Sanctus Brewing Co.'s Privacy Policy.
8. General Conditions:
• The decision of Sanctus Brewing Co. regarding all aspects of the Promotion is final and binding.
• Sanctus Brewing Co. reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time and for any reason.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
9. Governing Law:
• These Terms and the Promotion are governed by the laws of Australia.

By participating in the "It's All G" Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to abide by
them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Promotion.
